Therapy for Women; You don’t have to keep struggling alone.

I have worked with women who have done a lot of things, but taking care of themselves is often not one of them. Women spend up to 50% more time than their counterparts taking care of others. 60% of women are caregivers in the US, and women are 2-3 times more likely than men to be diagnosed with PTSD.

Anxiety, stress, and burnout, are common symptoms many women struggle with every day and I can help. As a recovering perfectionist, I get that life can feel overwhelming at times. In our work together, we can uncover where these pressures are coming from and work to release them if they are no longer serving you. We will tackle that inner voice so it stops telling you that you aren’t enough, that you are not doing enough, and that you aren’t good enough and instead give yourself grace and kindness. Over time, our work can help you feel empowered and confident to overcome your unique stress so you can start living a joyful, balanced life.

I specialize in providing counseling for women, including self-esteem counseling, self-care counseling, and work-life balance counseling. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you can explore your challenges and develop strategies to improve your well-being.
